- Isn't off-the-shelf software cheaper?
- Sometimes it is, and I'll tell you straight if that's your case. Off-the-shelf is worth it when it fits your process. Custom makes sense when you're bending the way you work to fit the tool, paying for things you don't use, or living on workarounds. The conversation is where we figure out which one you are.

- I don't vanish for months. I work in pieces: you start using the first useful part within a few weeks, and we grow from there with you seeing it and weighing in. That way you get value early and we correct course before wasting time down the wrong path.
