Ongoing software maintenance and support: someone you trust looking after what you already built

You had a system or app built, it went live, and now it's on its own. Ongoing software maintenance and support is exactly what's missing: I look after what already exists — fix what breaks, improve what's clunky, and keep your software evolving alongside your business, before all those loose ends snowball into something too expensive to fix.

This is the kind of thing I can do: take a system someone else left half-finished, understand how it works under the hood, stop the errors that show up every week, and from there start adding the improvements you always wanted but could never get anyone to build. The products I keep live myself — Listo (price research), InCasa (fitness), Allocare (supplier and cost management) — aren't projects that got parked and abandoned: I look after and improve each one every month. Those are the same hands that can look after yours.

Will you take over a system someone else built?
Yes, I will. A big part of my work is picking up systems that got orphaned — the developer disappeared or dropped it halfway. I study how it was built, flag where the risks are, and start looking after it like it's my own. No judgment about whoever did it before.
How does the maintenance pricing work?
It depends on how much attention your system needs. It can be a fixed monthly arrangement, to have someone on call and evolve it gradually, or on-demand when something specific comes up. I settle that with you after I look at what you've got — no rigid package forced on you.
What if my problem is just one bug that needs a quick fix?
Then I fix the bug and that's it — no need to sign up for ongoing support. But often the same error keeps coming back because the root cause was never fixed. I find the cause, fix it, and explain it — then you decide if you want someone looking after it so it doesn't happen again.

Does your system need someone to look after it?

Send me a WhatsApp message telling me what you've got and what's bugging you. The first step is an honest diagnosis — I look at your system and tell you what can be done, no magic promises and no strings attached.
